Last night I listened to the training call. Normally I do not waste my time on these kind of calls. Because it is rare that the moderator is qualified and not worth the time spent listening. Last night was a special treat. Randy and John are professionals and it is obvious they speak from personal experience. Not from the "manual" as most moderators do. I found the call both informative and beneficial. I will be listening to more of these training calls and will be inviting my contacts to do the same.
